Objectifs
The overall objective of this internship course is to provide students with a sustained experience teaching ESL to children or adults, in order to consolidate the development of their professional skills and strengthen the connection between theory and practice.

This internship course aims to deepen students' understanding of the ESL disciplinary programs and addresses various levels of pedagogical planning, including long-term planning, weekly planning, and the design of teaching and learning sequences. It emphasizes strategies that promote student engagement and address classroom diversity. Special attention is given to assessing student competencies and to designing and effectively applying relevant assessment tools. The course also highlights the importance of collaboration within the school team, fostering effective communication and cooperation among staff members. Finally, it encourages students to implement strategies to develop constructive and lasting relationships between the school and families.

Ce cours favorise le développement des compétences professionnelles en enseignement suivantes: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 et 13
Modalité d'enseignement
Le cours inclut 3 séminaires de 3h avant, pendant et après le stage
Stage d'une durée de 30 jours consécutifs (6 semaines). Prise en charge de la tâche d'enseignement à 100% après quelques jours d'observation.
Conditions d'accès
Avoir réussi 92 crédits, avoir une moyenne d'au moins 3.0/4.3
