Objectifs
The objective of this course is to support students in implementing their action research project within their teaching environment, either during an internship or supervised practice. It also encourages critical reflection on the project's execution and prepares students to present its key stages at a symposium for graduating students in UQAM's Second Language Teaching undergraduate programs (7176 and 7177).
Sommaire du contenu
This course will allow students to implement the different phases of their action research project in their classroom, including, at a minimum, data collection and data analysis. Students will also learn how to report and present research findings. They will be required to write an individual research report and present their research to their peers.
The course will include content-related lectures, practical activities, and research project development within individual learning communities.
